About Us

Budget Realty is a locally owned and operated agency that has been servicing the Lockyer Valley for the last 15 years. Here at Budget we pride our selves on providing the best and friendliest service to our customers and the community. 

The Budget Realty team consists of 3 licensed Sales Representatives, two experienced property managers, Administration, and our owner/manager, Gwen Barton. 

We work together and assist each other to provide the best service possible to our customers. We use tried and tested methods to sell and list properties, but we also try new and innovative ways to get the best result. Our methods must be working, because since opening we have averaged 10 sold properties per month. 

Our Property Management services are second to none. Our Rental area stretches from Ipswich right through to Gatton. Our rent roll was started from scratch three years ago and already consists of over ninety properties and is growing daily. Our Property Manager Selina Boyle works extremely hard for our landlords and tenants, making sure they are all satisfied and have no problems.
 
Budget Realty is situated in a prime location on the Warrego Highway at Haigslea. We are the first real estate agency on the way into the Lockyer Valley and have thousands of cars pass us daily
